[8.0 pdf] The Clayton Heights MRA Plan is in the final stages of drafting. The Clayton Heights area is rich in Albuquerque amenities including the Isotopes Baseball Stadium, Lobo Football Stadium, The City of Albuquerque BMX /Velodrome and is a major gateway to Albuquerque's lights from the International Sunport Airport. The DRAFT Plan explores the Clayton Heights MRA's potentials and can be found here.
The City of Albuquerque Metropolitan Redevelopment Agency is hosting a Community Meeting to present and receive comments on the DRAFT Clayton Heights MRA Plan, generally bounded by Avenida Cesar Chavez on the north, Colombia Avenue and Girard Boulevard on the east, Gibson Boulevard on the south, and University Boulevard on the west.

Near Heights MRA Expansion
The Near Heights Metropolitan Redevelopment Area Plan, home of the Talin International Market, Chinese dragon and tiled artwork depicting world cultures received Albuquerque City Council approval in June 2008 to expand the MRA area. The expanded Near Heights MRA zoning and land use area maps and redevelopment designation can be found at the links above.
