Clayton Heights/Lomas Del Cielo Metropolitan Redevelopment Area
The Clayton Heights MR Area is rich in Albuquerque amenities including the Isotopes Baseball Stadium, Lobo Football Stadium, and The City of Albuquerque BMX /Velodrome. It is a major gateway to Albuquerque's lights from the International Sunport Airport.
The DRAFT Clayton Heights/Lomas Del Cielo Metropolitan Redevelopment Area Plan was approved by the Albuquerque Development Commission on October 21, 2009. The plan will be reviewed by the Land Use and Planning Commission Subcommittee of Albuquerque City Council on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. Once approved by the subcommittee, the DRAFT Clayton Heights/ Lomas Del Cielo MRA Plan will be forwarded to Albuquerque City Council and Mayor Richard J. Berry for final review and approval this spring.

East Gateway Metropolitan Redevelopment Area
The East Gateway Metropolitan Redevelopment Area's auspicious mountain casings and expansive city views invite travelers to and from the bustling commerce and communities of Albuquerque. Revitalization of the East Gateway Metropolitan Redevelopment Area will create enhancements to the East Central Ave. Commercial Corridor, its businesses and surrounding neighborhoods. The East Gateway MRA Land Use Map can be found here. The East Gateway MR Area is generally bounded by I-40 North, Tramway Boulevard, East, Central Avenue South, Wyoming Boulevard West and runs along the Central Avenue corridor.

Near Heights Metropolitan Redevelopment Expansion Area
In June of 2008, Albuquerque City Council approved legislation to expand the Near Heights MRA Area. The Near Heights MRA Area and The Near Heights MRA Expansion Area are important components of the newly designated City and State International District and home to the Ta Lin International Market, curling stone Chinese dragon and world culture tiled obelisks decorating the sidewalks at Louisiana Blvd. and Central Avenue. The expanded Near Heights MRA zoning and land use area maps can be found at the links above.

The North Fourth Street Rank III Street Corridor Plan was reviewed by the Land Use, Planning and Zoning Committee of Albuquerque City Council on Wednesday, February 10, 2010; The Committee referred the Plan to be reviewed by the Full City Council on Monday, March 15, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. City Council approved the North Fourth Street Rank II Street Corridor Plan and Background ad Resources with amendments on March 15, 2010.
