The Near Heights MRA Expansion Plan received final approval by Albuquerque City Council and Mayor Richard J. Berry on Monday, June 7, 2010. The North Fourth Street Rank III Street Corridor Plan was reviewed by the Land Use, Planning and Zoning Committee of Albuquerque City Council on Wednesday, February 10, 2010; The Committee referred the Plan to be reviewed by the Full City Council on Monday, March 15, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. City Council approved the North Fourth Street Rank II Street Corridor Plan and Background ad Resources with amendments on March 15, 2010.
