Spay/Neuter License Plates
New Mexico’s
new spay-neuter license plate will subsidize spaying and neutering and can help
counties prevent the euthanasia of healthy animals.
Like all special license plates, the plates must be ordered from the Motor
Vehicle Department (MVD)–forms to order the plates can be obtained from
MVD offices or downloaded from their website at: http://www.state.nm.us/tax/forms/mvd/Mvd11249.pdf
