Spay/Neuter License Plates

New Mexico’s new spay-neuter license plate will subsidize spaying and neutering and can help counties prevent the euthanasia of healthy animals.

Like all special license plates, the plates must be ordered from the Motor Vehicle Department (MVD)–forms to order the plates can be obtained from MVD offices or downloaded from their website at: http://www.state.nm.us/tax/forms/mvd/Mvd11249.pdf

To read more about these special plates go to: http://www.apnm.org/news_current_events/2006/june/license.php
