Money from the sale of New Mexico’s spay-neuter license plates subsidizes spay/neuter services and can help counties prevent euthanasia of healthy animals.

Like all special license plates, the plates must be ordered from the Motor Vehicle Department (MVD). Order forms can be obtained from MVD offices or downloaded from their website.
