12 Strays of Christmas - Monssie has been adopted.

Albuquerque Animal Welfare reminds you to always spay or neuter your pets.

ID#A1685027- Monssie is a sweet 2-year-old male, black Labrador Retriever mix. He loves to spend time with people. Monssie enjoys being walked or taken for a good run every day. Monssie loves to show off his talents. He can follow simple commands such as “sit” and “shake.” You can find him at the Westside shelter.

Albuquerque Animal Welfare Department will introduce a new pet each day through December 24. Each pet featured in the “12 Strays of Christmas” comes with the special adoption fee of just $12. These pets will be featured on our web site and Facebook page.

The $12 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchip, follow up call with an Adoption Counselor to make sure your new pet is adjusting well, a goodie bag with coupons and some toys from Petco.
