Taoist QiGong Class
The Taoist Water Method is a Qigong form that has many health benefits. It provides mental clarity, loosens the muscles and builds power, strengthens the organs, improves cardio-pulmonary function, strengthens the nerves, improves vascular function, helps to prevent injury to joints, ligaments and bones, eases stress and balances emotions; and builds athletic and martial arts power. Qigong exercises are safe for all ages. Unlike Tai Chi, Qigong doesn’t require memorization of a lot of movements. This introduction will go over the basic alignments to increase qi through the body.
