Five Keys to Energize the Body - Taoist Qigong
Come spend an hour learning the basics of Taoist Qigong based on the Taoist Water Method. Qigong has many health benefits: provides mental clarity; loosens the muscles and builds power; strengthens the organs; improves cardio-pulmonary function; strengthens the nerves; improves vascular function; helps to prevent injury to joints, ligaments and bones; eases stress and balances emotions; and builds athletic and martial arts power.
Qigong exercises are safe for all ages and teaches the art of moderation using a 70 percent rule.This rules states you only do a qigong movement to 70 percent of your capacity. This introduction will go over the basic alignments to increase chi through the body.
