Balloon Fiesta Conceptual Site Plan
The culmination of months of design workshops and input from a host of city departments, local agencies, and the public have culminated in a Conceptual Site Plan for Balloon Fiesta Park.
These changes to Balloon Fiesta Park are proposed.
