David Cramer lives in Placitas, New Mexico. While his work includes landscapes, architecture, and wildlife, he has a special fondness for wild horses. Recently, his work “Stallion Chase” (of two local stallions) won first place in the international photography competition “All Things Horses” at the Center for Fine Art Photography. His emphasis is to display images that convey the behaviors of these horses in the beauty of the natural landscapes in which they live. His work is carried in several local galleries and can be viewed at www.davidcramer.com. “Placitas: A Place for Horses” is a book of David’s wild horse photography. He also leads photography workshops that occur throughout the State of New Mexico.

The Open Space Visitor Center invites you to come enjoy these works through the months of January and February 2010. Come participate in our continued partnership with the natural world.
