Announcements
Jay Hart recommends that the board advise the Open Space Division to get and agreement with the MRGCD.

Matthew Schmader announces the Camino Rael art exhibit at the Visitor Center.

Joanne Huff announces the article about the Open Space Elena Gallegos Park.

Approval of Minutes for November, 2007 Minutes Board
A motion was made, seconded and approved for the minutes of November, 2007.

Review of the Open Space Acquisition Jay Hart
Jay Hart recommends that Tijeras West be moved on the priority list from the second priority group to the first priority group.

Motion was made seconded and approved for the Tijeras Arroyo West be moved from the 2nd priority list to the 1st. The vote was 3 for and 1 abstained.

Report on State Land North of the Northern Geological Window
Chair Widdison refers to a map in regards to the 18 acres east of the Northern Geological Window.

Real Property Report Linda Adamsko
Linda followed up on Jay Harts report on the Land acquisition.
