How do I make an online payment?

Making an online payment is simple and straightforward.

Make sure that you have the right information

Go to http://pecos.cabq.gov/wss/signon.html

Type your account ID (see note below) and press enter. Your summary information will be displayed.

Old and New Account ID's

If you are paying a bill prior to 5 July 2005, you should enter the account ID in the field labelled "Old account ID". For bills on or after 5 July 2005, please enter the account ID in the "Account ID " field.

Choose the "Pay Bill" option from the left hand side navigation. The page shown will then look like the one below:

Make any changes to the payment amount

Make sure that you click on the "agree to the terms and conditions" box

Click on the "Pay bill" button

A dialog box displays stating that you will be transferred from the City's site to the Bank of America. You should click on this and any other dialogs containing security warnings .
