• Position: The position for with the "Candidate or Measure Committee" is running for, or for with the Measure committe supports. If the candidate has not yet declared a position, this information will note that.
• Record Type: Grouping of the type of contribution (Contribution, In-Kind) or the type of expenditure (Expenditure, Unexpended Expenditure).
• Person: The individual or business making the contribution or receiving the expenditure or disposition of remaining funds.
• Person State, City and Quadrant: The associated State, City and Quadrant (if the City of Albuquerque) for the person.
• Type: Type of contribution (check, cash, loan) or expenditure (returned check.
• Statement: The statement for which the Record Type applied to.

Campaign Reporting View by Donor or Expenditure

This report's default view shows all the Contributions, In-Kind Contributions, Expenditures and Disposition of Remaining Funds by the associated "person". A"person" is the individual or business making the contribution or receiving the expenditure or disposition of remaining funds. By clicking on the Name filter and selecting a name, the rows will be changed to only show records associated with the name you chose.

Campaign Reporting View by Candidate or Measure Committee

This report's default view shows all the Contributions, In-Kind Contributions, Expenditures and Disposition of Remaining Funds by the associated "Candidate or Measure Committee". By clicking on one of the Candidate or Measure Committees in the rows of records, you can "drill-down" to lower level information.
