Mayor Chavez will hold open office hours this Friday, February 27, 2009 from 2pm to 5pm. The Meeting with the Mayor will be limited to 5-7minutes so that other may also visit with Mayor Chavez. We ask that you bring a few things in order to assure maximum effectiveness of your meeting.
- All visitors must sign and complete an information sheet
- All visitors must present a valid id card
- Only three individuals per group
The Mayor's Office is located at One Civic Plaza on the 11th floor. Should you have any other questions or concerns please just call 311.
