Meet with the mayor or request his presence at an event.

Executive Office of the Mayor

The Executive Office of the Mayor handles all meeting requests (except for media interviews) and invitations for the Mayor and First Lady to attend an event.

Mayor Berry welcomes your invitation at any time; however, our scheduling process is to review requests approximately eight weeks prior to the event date. Due to the enormous volume of requests received, Mayor Berry is not able to accommodate each of them.

We typically do not confirm events more than six weeks in advance. Once we receive your request, it will be acknowledged and scheduled for review at the appropriate time. Within two weeks of receiving your request we will notify you about Mayor Berry's availability (unless you have submitted the request more than six weeks in advance). If you have not been contacted within that time, please contact the Mayor's Office at (505) 768-3000.

Please keep in mind that Mayor Berry's schedule may change at any time, based on current city needs and responsibilities at the time. If this occurs, we apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Until you have received written approval from the Mayor's Scheduler, we respectfully request that you do not place Mayor Berry's name on any notifications, invitations, or agendas.
