Improvements for the Albuquerque Convention Center
Remodel Images

The City has refinanced $20 Million to provide a much needed facelift for the Albuquerque Convention Center to bring more events to Albuquerque.
Phase 1 has been bid and has been awarded to Gerald A. Martin, Ltd.
It is expected to end in August 2013 and includes renovation of the West Building ballrooms and kitchen, a new service elevator, renovation of the dock area, and re-stucco of the East Building.
Ballrooms and Kitchen were completed in July 2013.

Convention Center Begins Construction
On February 5, Mayor Berry kicked off the renovation on the first phase of the Albuquerque Convention Center.
