We are looking at large public projects that will shape the future of our community.These projects will make visitors want to vacation in Albuquerque and make our residents proud that they live here. These enhancements will entice new and existing businesses to grow here, creating new quality jobs.
This overall plan will honor our proud heritage while we move forward as a vibrant, modern city.
What is ABQ the Plan?
This plan will:
- Build upon existing city assets and previous planning efforts
- Leverage partnerships with the private sector and other government entities
- Take a regional approach

Current Projects
Swimming Lessons
Fall and Spring Swim lessons are offered at West Mesa Aquatic Center and Sandia Pool. Classes are divided by age and skill level.
