Chili Madness with Jane Butel!

Join Jane Butel, Albuquerque’s own expert on southwestern cuisine, for an evening of chile and chili. Learn about their many variations and preparations, and sample some of her favorite recipes. You will also have an opportunity to purchase her newest release, Chili Madness: A Passionate Cookbook. This is a free event, but seating is limited, so please call in advance to sign up.  Jane Butel is the author of 18 cookbooks, a TV host and the founder of a cooking school bearing her name. Sandia National Labs – 60 Years of Exceptional Service.
View this traveling exhibit depicting the 60 year history of Sandia National Labs. Sandia was established on November 1, 1949 and over the years has become a premier institution of engineering and applied science creating technology for treaty verification, international arms controls, energy security, cooperate threat reduction and more. Lunch @ the Main Library featuring John Dillon of Art of the Song Creativity Radio. Join us for a special lunch at the library presentation entitled Creative Wisdom. During this interactive program, John will show a slide show featuring conversations he has had his radio show with different musicians such as Arlo Guthrie, Richard Thompson and Judy Collins. Following the presentation there will be a discussion about creativity. Bring your lunch, listen and participate!
