Stress is a killer, but the connection between people and plants can be the healer.
We will explore how we can use time in the garden, even if that garden is only a potted plant on

We will explore ways to replace stress with comfort and cultivate our creative self by letting go.

Easy Healthy Cooking on a Budget
Join Gilda Latzky, a cooking and baking teacher at UNM and the Albuquerque Academy as she demonstrates a variety of cooking techniques that provide simple and elegant fare that is easy to make, low in fat and healthy – all on a budget. Today’s menu is: Pasta Salad, Scallops Provencal, Beef and Broccoli, Chicken with Mushrooms, and Artichokes in Mustard Sauce. Tasting samples and recipes will be provided.
