Ticket Problems
You should first contact the organization that sold you the tickets.
Because of the several different ways in which tickets can be purchased it is only possible to resolve problems by first going back to the original source of the ticket sale.
Tickets for events at the KiMo Theatre are the property of the event's Presenter. The Presenter usually contracts with the KiMo Theatre and Ticketmaster to sell the tickets through their outlets.
The KiMo Theatre staff can provide you with contact information for the Presenter and/or Ticketmaster.
All Sales Are Final
In nearly all circumstances, ticket sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are available, and your tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
The KiMo Theatre and Ticketmaster cannot make exceptions.
Because tickets to an event are the property of that event's Presenter, only they are able to make any adjustments.
