Advance ticket sales from the KiMo Theatre Ticket Office are available in person only, at 423 Central NW.  
Additional service charges do not apply.

The KiMo Theatre Ticket Office accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover in person during daytime business hours. 
Tuesday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
and Saturdays 11am to 5pm.
Closed on Sundays, Mondays and City holidays.

Advance Ticket Sales thru Ticketmaster

are available 24 hours a day - until the day of a show.  
Additional Ticketmaster service charges, handling and delivery fees will apply.

Tickets are usually not available thru Ticketmaster on the Day-of-Show.
Ticketmaster only sells tickets 'in advance' of performances. Ticket sales thru their system are stopped several hours before the event and tickets will be listed as "unavailable".
This does NOT mean tickets are sold out.
It is only done to allow time to collect all the 'advance' ticket orders so the remaining tickets can be sold at-the-door.

Mobility Impaired Seating

The KiMo Theatre does not have an elevator. The balcony and upper floors of the building may not be accessible to some persons due to the several flights of stairs.
Please review our Accessibility page. Seating for mobility impaired persons is available upon request. 

Refunds

The KiMo Theatre and Ticketmaster cannot make exchanges or refunds on ticket sales.
