Help Albuquerque OASIS collect interviews with veterans.
Become a volunteer with Albuquerque OASIS and The Veterans' History Project.
The Library of Congress' American Folklife Center initiated the Veterans' History Project which records veterans' stories. This volunteer oral history project will be archived online. More than 450 interviews have been conducted in New Mexico already, and we look forward to many more.
Are you a veteran? We'd love to include your interview. The Veterans' History Project is currently seeking veterans who served in WWII, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Gulf War, and the Afghanistan/Iraq wars.
Want to help in others ways? The Veterans' History Project also needs volunteers to help gather stories and information from New Mexico's veterans.
