The Corporate Volunteer Council is an association of local organizations who promote employee volunteering.
Corporate Voluneer Council
The Corporate Volunteer Council, or "CVC," is a local chapter of a nationwide network. It is a nonprofit organization of companies that strive to improve our communities and serves as a resource for organizations with employee volunteer program.
CVC members meet monthly with a focus on topics that will help us be successful in volunteer program management. It is also a great way to network, share best practices and build recognition in the community as a good corporate citizen.

Community Projects
CVC members partner on various community projects throughout the year. These projects include: selling programs for the Make-A-Wish Foundation at the Balloon Fiesta, collection of school supplies for New Mexico students, and Make A Difference Day.
This year, many CVC members participated in and even helped sponsor the Mayor's Volunteer Recognition Day on April 9, 2013 to help recognize and thank our city's most dedicated volunteers.
Make A Difference Day 2013 will be in the Month of October! To register your group of volunteers, please do so at: http://www.centerfornonprofitexcellence.org/mdd/projects-list
Thank you CVC for your continued support of the Mayor's M.O.V.E. initiative!
