About the Office of Diversity & Human Rights
The City of Albuquerque Office of Diversity and Human Rights is a local civil and human rights enforcement agency which provides for resolution of discrimination complaints, and is dedicated to the protection and promotion of human rights and human dignity, and equal access and opportunities for all citizens.

Public Information & Education
The Albuquerque Human Rights Office provides information and education to the public. All of our programs and services are free, and include:
- Presentations on our programs, services, and human rights laws;
- Workshops on civil rights laws, employment discrimination, and fair housing;
- Technical assistance to employers, housing providers, community groups, and individuals.
