Public Service University (PSU) is the City's of Albuquerque's Corporate University.
PSU designs and deploys learning solutions for City Departments.
Services include organizational design, development and problem solving solutions for City Administration, City Department Directors, Division Managers, and City Council.
PSU provides learning development for City Leaders, Supervisors and Employees and administers the City Tuition Assistance and Educational Leave Programs.
This is accomplished through a blended learning environment.

The Public Service University is pleased to announce that the application period for the 2014 Pre-Management Program (PMP) is now open!
The PMP offers an in-depth, practical, and educational curriculum pathway for City employees who are pursuing a distinguished career as public service managers. This program will develop abilities in Business Writing, Public Speaking, Process Improvement, Project Management, and Leadership with the goal of shaping our future leaders to meet the demands of the public service system.
The program offers employees that have completed their probationary period the opportunity to earn 7 CNM college credits, 2 years of service credit as a supervisor when applying for entry-level supervisory positions within the city, Toastmasters public speaking credentials, and a Work Keys Workforce Readiness Certificate.
The deadline for submission is 5:00pm MST on Friday, November 1, 2013.
