Registration will open in June for another 8-week course at Plaza del Sol, Fridays, July 27 – September 14, 2018, 12pm - 1pm.   

 

Instructor Michelle DuVal, MA, is the leading provider of mindfulness trainings in the Southwest.  Her popular and effective programs are also offered to employees at Sandia National Labs, UNM, Presbyterian, and APS.  Michelle is the director of The Mindful Center and has taught thousands of people the invaluable skills of mindfulness for health, healing, and stress reduction.
