Contracts Awarded Under the City of Albuquerque

The Department of Family and Community Services requires that all entities awarded contracts with the City of Albuquerque to deliver social services shall read and comply with the Administrative Requirements for Contracts Awarded Under the City of Albuquerque.

*New* Public Notice of Rule Updates:

The City of Albuquerque, Department of Family and Community Services (“Department”) hereby invites public input to proposed updates of two key operational documents associated with social service contracts:

  1. Proposed Update to FCS Procurement Rules that govern procurement of social services with the Department; and
  2. Proposed Update to FCS Administrative Requirements that standardize requirements for contractors implementing social services contracts.

THE COMMENT PERIOD IS OPEN between 8:00 a.m. April 29, 2019 through 4:00 p.m. May 14, 2019.

In accordance with ROA 1994 Article 15, Section 2-15-3, the public is invited to submit input in person or in writing.

  • Written and oral testimony will be accepted at a public hearing on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., 9th floor of City Hall, Room 9081, One Civic Plaza, Albuquerque, NM 87102.

Administrative Requirements

Public Comment is invited on the proposed revisions to update the Administrative Requirements to be effective for Fiscal Year 2020 contracts.

Paper copies are also available from April 29 through May 14, 2019, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., at the City of Albuquerque, Department of Family and Community Services, 5th floor, Room 504, Old City Hall, One Civic Plaza, Albuquerque, NM 87102.

For comparison purposes, the current Administrative Requirements can be reviewed at the link shown below and remain effective for existing contracts until June 30, 2019
