Department of Family and Community Services Health and Social Service Centers

The Department of Family and Community Services Health and Social Service Centers provide, as a community focal point, services to meet the health, education, and social service needs of the community. The Health and Social Service Centers work in partnership with community organizations to assist families in becoming self-sufficient and to bring about positive quality of life changes in the community.

The Centers offer Eviction Prevention assistance (One-time assistance only) at the following locations:
