This Community Center shares a building with a City-run Child and Family Development Services Program.

Center Hours

7:05 a.m. to 6 p.m., Mondays through Fridays, everyday except weekends and holidays.

Youth Programs

Before and After School Recreation Program

  • 7:05 a.m. to 6 p.m., Registration begins August 2014 and is ongoing (yearly).
  • Before School Program, 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Mondays through Fridays. Homework, computer lab, cartoons (Disney or NIC).
  • School served in the respective district are Eubank, Apache, Manzano Mesa elementary schools and the Native American Community Academy.
  • School Bus Escorts:
    • Eubank students - Escorted to the bus at 7:12 a.m.
    • Apache students - Transported by center van at 8 a.m.
    • Manzano Mesa students - Transported by center van at 8:20 a.m.
    • Native American Community Academy students - Watched as they board bus at 8:30 a.m.
  • After School Recreation Program:
    • 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
    • Noon to 6 p.m. Wednesdays
    • 1st CEP Homework Program, free snack, arts & crafts, computer lab, game room, outside park, sports, field trips, and some free field trips

Adult Programs

Open Recreation for Adults


  • 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays, and Fridays
  • 9 a.m. to noon, Wednesdays

English as a Second Language

Hours: 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays

Computer Lab

Internet is provided, and game room.

Community Meetings

    Singing Arrow Neighborhood Association, 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., second Thursday of the month.
