The City of Albuquerque’s Department of Family and Community Services (DFCS) is inviting non-profit developers to submit proposals for the development an Affordable Rental Housing Project in Albuquerque.
DFCS is seeking proposals for sustainable, mixed-income, rental, infill housing development projects within DFCS Target Areas.
The developments may be mixed-use and should be pedestrian friendly and designed to create a sense of community through a site plan including building arrangement, amenities and open space appropriate to the needs of the residents.
