Ordinance § 5-5-32  SOLE SOURCE PURCHASES

The City Purchasing Officer or designee shall conduct negotiations, as appropriate, as to price, delivery and quantity in order to obtain the price most advantageous to the city. Any sole source contract that exceeds $75,000 shall be subject to City Council approval.
