Information about costs, fees, and specification for renting South Broadway Cultural Center.

All fees are subject to change without notice. No refunds can be issued for unused scheduled/unscheduled time or security.

John Lewis Performing Arts Theatre

Cost Item Description
$100 Damage and Booking Deposit - Refundable per Page 2/Paragraph 9 of rental agreement.
$400 Performances (8 Hour Block per Day)
$200 Audience Change (Same Day Rental per Day)
$200 Outreach Performances (This rental fee applies only to Free to the Public Performances) If performances exceed 8 Hours outside normal business hours other rates will apply.
$40 Additional Scheduled Use per Hour: 8:00 a.m. – 11:59 p.m. (available upon SBCC staffing availability)
$75 Unscheduled Use per Hour: 8:00 a.m. – 11:59 p.m. (available upon SBCC staffing availability)
$100 Additional Scheduled Use Per Hour: midnight – 8:00 a.m. (available upon SBCC staffing availability)
$150 Unscheduled Use per Hour: midnight - 8:00 a.m. (available upon SBCC staffing availability)
$1 Surcharge on each advance ticket and box office tickets sold by South Broadway Cultural Center.
$50 Ticket Prep and Creation per performance

Multi-Murpose Room

Cost Item Description
$100 Multi-Purpose Room (4-hour block) Tues-Sat Only 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
$150 Multi-Purpose Room (8-hour block) Tues-Sat Only 8:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
$25 Additional Charge for Food/Reception in Multi-Purpose Room

Security

Cost Item Description
$30/hr
2-hour minimum
Security - Permittee is required to have CABQ Security for all events. This includes all event times outside SBCC normal business hours during your event. One security officer is included in the rental of the John Lewis Performing Arts Theatre during the 8 hour contracted block Tuesday through Saturday. All other scheduled or unscheduled times outside the contracted block including Sunday's and Monday's are subject to additional security fees.

Additional Security (An additional security officer or two is required if alcohol is served or sold, make sure to check your permit!)
