After an astronaut escapes a catastrophic accident in deep space, he uses the memories of his wife on Earth to guide his crippled spaceshop home.
"With void, I hoped to make something that examined what happens when a guilty person has to face themselves and all the decisions they've made. I chose science fiction, because I believe by looking at the future, we can examine ourselves without any preconceptions. Ninety percent of the piece is shot in camera and my crew and I built sets and miniatures to make everything present on the screen. We filmed the piece on the RED Scarlet camera in 4k resolution, so we mixed old techniques with new technology. Through the technical and financial challenges of this project, my crew and I overcame everything with creativity, perseverance and the support of everyone involved. I strongly believe we've created a very emotional and grand film experience and I can't wait to share it with everyone."
