"We feel fortunate to be a part of Albuquerque and truly appreciate the support our community gives us," said BioPark Director Rick Janser. "The new Half-Price Weekends are one way for us to be sure that everyone, no matter what their income level or family size, can enjoy the engaging and inspiring experiences the Zoo, Aquarium and Botanic Garden offer."
Half-Price Weekend will happen once each quarter for a total of eight half-price days each year. The discount days were initiated in September 2012 when BioPark admission fees increased to raise revenue needed for maintenance and repairs.
Half-price admission prices are available from any BioPark cashier from 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 20 and 21. BioPark combo tickets, which include entrance to all three facilities and unlimited train rides, remain regularly priced. Online tickets also remain regularly priced.
