Description

Watch elephants Alice and Rozie paint on Tuesday, Feb. 5 at 1 p.m. The elephants only paint for about 15 minutes at a time, and watching them is a rare treat, so don't miss them in action.

Alice and Rozie use non-toxic tempera paints, and they may or may not use a paintbrush. Painting is a special occasion, so the activity is stimulating and enriching for the elephants.

Talk with keepers during a short Q & A after Alice and Rozie finish up their masterpieces.

Elephant art works are on sale as part of Painting Animals, a show at Weems Galleries through February 15.

Price

Included with admission.
