Part of the Destination Dinner Series.
Feed your appetite for adventure, and dine with polar bear brothers Kiska and Koluk.
Menu
- Juniper crusted venison medallions with grilled polenta cakes, fennel & pine nut pesto
- Dungeness crab ceviche salad served over spring mix with pickled cucumber
- Mustard & brown sugar crusted side of salmon with roasted tomato & caper romesco
- Rio Grande IPA braised rabbit served over egg noodles & cabbage with crispy pork belly
- Blackberry sorbet with candied mint leaves
Spirits will be supplied for guests 21 and older.

Reservations are required. Reserve your seat and buy tickets online.
Price
$75 per seat plus tax.
15% of total proceeds will be donated to the New Mexico BioPark Society.
