Botanic Garden
Heritage Farm
The adobe farmhouse on our 1920s-era working farm is perfect for a quiet retreat. Or plan a team-building event with a cowboy theme and a chuckwagon lunch. Explore thirty-six acres of gardens between sessions, and breakout in rocking chairs on the porch or at picnic tables under the cottonwoods.

- Rate: $200 for 4 hours
- Amenities: Wired Ethernet port. Designated parking area. Farmhouse contains restrooms and a small kitchen with functional range, oven and sink.
Showroom
With its grand wall of windows, the Botanic Garden Showroom provides beautiful views and natural sunlight. A vaulted ceiling gives this room a spacious elegance. The Showroom opens into 36 acres of gardens.

- Rate: $400 for 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. or $200 for 4 hours
- Amenities: Conference table (seats 10-12).
Aquarium
Theater
Our state-of-the-art theater accommodates guests for a movie or multimedia presentation. Guests can explore the underwater wonders of the Aquarium during breaks and after your event.

- Amenities: Blu-ray projector, Surround Sound, 12' x 6.5' screen
Shark Reef Café
Available for evening events, the Shark Reef Café offers incredible views of sharks, stingrays and sea turtles swimming through the clear, blue water of our 285,000-gallon Ocean Tank.

- Rate: $500 for 3 hours (evenings only)
- Amenities: Sound system for background music. Tables and chairs included. Access to outdoor patio.
Zoo
The Zoo is currently available for evening rentals. Contact us for information about the availability of daytime Zoo venues.
Tingley Beach
Adjacent to the bosque with easy access to fishing ponds and hiking and biking trails, Tingley Beach is a great setting for an outdoor-oriented audience of a team-building event. Contact us for more information about picnic settings and the rustic Tingley Station.
Taste of the Wild Catering
All food and beverages are provided by the BioPark's exclusive catering company, Taste of the Wild. They also provide chairs, tables, podiums and other rental equipment.
Taste of the Wild Catering uses local, organic and sustainable products whenever possible. Our catering services are committed to supporting regional farmers, reducing fossil fuel consumption and providing excellent culinary creations.
No outside food or beverage is permitted.

Reserve a Facility
To reserve a facility, a contract must be completed and signed with a 50% deposit due two weeks after booking.
