Spring Break Camp Registration Now Open

Children in grades 2-6 can explore plants and animals at the Zoo, Aquarium, Tingley Beach and Botanic Garden.

Feb. 5, 2020 - Registration is now open for spring break camps at the ABQ BioPark.

The camps run from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. daily from March 30-April 3. Children in grades 2-6 will explore a world full of animals and plants through hands-on learning, games, stories, keeper chats, animal encounters and more.

"Spring break camps are a great way to get children engaged with the natural world through hands-on, fun learning experiences at our four facilities," said Cheri Vogel, ABQ BioPark curator of education. "The experiences offered at camp create life-long memories for campers."

Camp themes include Spring Wildlife Safari at the Zoo (Monday and Tuesday), Spring Water Journey at the Aquarium (Wednesday), Spring Green Connection at the Botanic Garden (Thursday) and Spring Outdoor Adventure at Tingley Beach (Friday).

Cost is $50 daily per child or $250 for the full week. New Mexico BioPark Society members get a 10 percent discount.
