Rose Exhibition at the ABQ BioPark Botanic Garden

Learn all about roses and floral arrangements.

09/20/17 - With summer heat gradually subsiding, visitors to the ABQ BioPark Botanic Garden can enjoy a fall flush of rose blooms at the Rose Bloom Exhibition this weekend.

The Albuquerque Rose Society (ARS) will celebrate all things rose during this event from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on September 23 and 24 in the ABQ BioPark Botanic Garden High Desert Rose Garden atrium. Many beautiful varieties of roses will be on display.

"The stunning variety of roses grown in Albuquerque will be on display for this exhibition, and our guests will get a chance to be better educated about successful rose practices for our region," said Catherine Hubbard, ABQ BioPark Botanic Garden manager. "We are very fortunate to have such knowledgeable and passionate rosarians in Albuquerque who will be on hand to answer questions."

ARS members will display magnificent horticultural specimens, lovely floral arrangements, and stunning photographs featuring America's floral emblem - the rose.

The event is included with regular admission.
