Registration Open for Spring Break Camps

Children can explore a world full of animals during the ABQ BioPark's educational day camps.

Feb. 7, 2018 - Registration is now open for spring break camps at the ABQ BioPark.

The camps run from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. daily from March 26-30. Children in grades 2-6 will explore a world full of animals and plants through hands-on learning, games, stories, keeper chats, animal encounters and more.

"Spring break camps are educational and great fun," said Cheri Vogel, ABQ BioPark curator of education. "The experiences offered at camp create life-long memories for campers."

Camp themes include Spring Wildlife Safari at the Zoo (Monday and Tuesday), Spring Water Journey at the Aquarium (Wednesday), Spring Green Connection at the Botanic Garden (Thursday) and Spring Outdoor Adventure at Tingley Beach (Friday).

Cost is $50 daily per child or $250 for the full week. New Mexico BioPark Society members get a 10 percent discount.
