Walk among flowering hydrangeas that fill the Mediterranean Conservatory with blue hues. The Spring Pastels Flower Show is open daily from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. at the ABQ BioPark Botanic Garden. For the entire month of April, more than 100 pots brimming with blue hydrangeas are on display along with fuchsias in hanging baskets and amaryllis and clivia in planters.

The outdoor gardens are also popping with spring color. Guests are greeted with the purples and yellows of blossoming redbuds and flourishing pansies. On the way to the Mediterranean Conservatory, coral-colored tulips line the walkways.

"The spring gardens are truly inspiring," said Catherine Hubbard, Botanic Garden Manager. "Every time I walk out, I notice new candy-colored blooms. It's really a feast for the eyes."
