About Max Gomez
25 year old Max Gomez, a singer-songwriter in the seasoned vein of Jackson Browne and John Prine, grew up listening to the folk blues of Lead Belly, Big Bill Broonzy and Robert Johnson. His songs, "not real straightforward" according to Gomez, oscillate between everyman poetics and enigma. His debut album, Rule The World, has been lauded by press ranging from Mother Jones to USA Today and Esquire.
