Listen to the Original Irish old-time sounds of I Draw Slow on July 25.
Part of the Summer Nights Concert Series.
About I Draw Slow
I Draw Slow present fresh material written with respect to both the Irish and American musical traditions. Vocals, guitar, clawhammer banjo, fiddle and upright bass make up the sound of this 2012 IBMA official showcase act. Blending the Irish storytelling tradition and the driving rhythms of old time Appalachian music, I Draw Slow bring together two closely-related but long separated genres in a mesmerizing live performance.
"I Draw Slow...have conjured a brand of indie bluegrass that fits impeccably into the traditional American canon, while also bearing a stamp all their own." -Jackie Hayden, Hotpress review
