Join us for special adults-only night in the Aquarium. Indulge your animal instincts with the “That’s A Moray” guided tour learning about the exotic, erotic and often curious romantic rituals of aquatic animals. Enjoy appetizers and adult beverages, and extend your experience with a delicious dinner in the romantic Shark Reef Cafe at 7 p.m. 

Price

$30 per person for Aquarium admission, guided Fish Love tour, touchpool animal encounters, appetizers and one adult beverage (cash bar available)

$45 per person for all of the above plus dinner in the Shark Reef Café

Schedule 

5:30 p.m. – check-in at the Aquarium

5:45 p.m. – Group 1 guided tour; Group 2 appetizers/drinks/Touchpool in the front exhibits

6:30 p.m. – Group 2 guided tour; Group 1 appetizers/drinks/Touchpool in the front exhibits

7:15 p.m.  – continue to roam the exhibits, talk to volunteers, visit touchpools on the way to the Café for dinner

7:30 p.m. – conclusion for those not having dinner in café; those with dinner tickets proceed to the Shark Reef Café

    -Ahi tuna tartar with sesame and soy, green onions, crispy wontons
    -Grilled duck breast lettuce wrap w/ fig blueberry sauce and pickled sweet peppers
    -Hummus flight with red roasted pepper, green edamame, purple cauliflower hummus with flatbread and fresh veggies

    -Shrimp bisque with sesame crouton
    -Butternut squash bisque with crispy flatbread

    -Green tea brined Cornish hen w/ lemon rosemary compound butter, sweet potato mash, grilled asparagus
    -Slow roasted espresso rubbed prime rib w/ au jus and horseradish, roasted rosemary red potatoes, grilled asparagus
    -Seared scallops w/ spinach and mint pesto and heirloom tomatoes over angel hair pasta, grilled asparagus
    -Grilled Portobello mushroom stuffed with sun dried tomato, spinach and feta, grilled asparagus
