Description

Enjoy delicious fish and shellfish that are truly sustainable.  Learn the stories of how and why they are farmed and the benefits they offer seafood lovers who are concerned with the declining populations of wild fish and the environmental toll of some farmed fish. 

Menu

Hor d'oeuvres

  • Fresh tuna poke with sesame tamari, scallion, ginger, seaweed salad
  • Oyster on the half shell with chipotle migonette
  • Jumbo shrimp cocktail with atomic horseradish
  • Welcome cocktail or non-alcoholic beverage

Dinner

  • Honey glazed black cod filet, grilled bok choy, mirin pickled cucumber, miso vinaigrette
  • Tazzy red ale steamed mussels & clams linguine with chorizo, heirloom tomato, parsley, grilled baguette
  • Roasted whole striped bass with fresh herbs, lemon, fingerling potatoes, shallots
  • Wine at the table - chardonnay and red blend
  • Long table dinner

Dessert

  • Mango, coconut, pineapple sorbet with pepita brittle
  • Beer and wine cash bar available

 

Price

$75 per person. New Mexico BioPark Society members get a 10 percent discount.
