BioPark Timed-Entry Tickets

About Timed-Entry Tickets

For health and safety reasons, BioPark occupancy is limited and will be managed through the use of single-site timed-entry tickets. Combo Tickets are unavailable at this time.

Our timed-entry tickets are available online through For ticketing assistance over the phone, please call Hold My Ticket at 1-877-466-3404.

It is not necessary to print your timed-entry tickets. They can be safely scanned directly from your phone or mobile device, or can be validated at entry using the ticket purchaser's name.

Since space at the BioPark is limited, please obtain your timed-entry tickets in advance for one of two planned experiences: a Zoo Trek or Garden Walk.

  • The Zoo Trek, which will be offered once the Zoo reopens, is a 1.3 mile one-way path through the outdoor areas of the Zoo. It begins in The Americas and continues through carnivores, followed by elephants, giraffes, Africa, and the Ape Walk. Please note that all indoor exhibits (Penguin Chill, reptiles and Life on a Limb) and the Australia section will remain closed until further notice. Estimated visit time is two hours.
  • The Garden Walk, available beginning June 9 to the general public, is a 1-mile route through many of the most beautiful areas of the Botanic Garden, including the Festival Green, High Desert Rose Garden, Japanese Gardens, Heritage Farm, and walled gardens. Please note that the Fantasy Garden, Bugarium, Butterfly Pavillion, conservatories, and farm buildings remain closed until further notice. Estimated visit time is two hours. View a map of the Garden Walk.

The ABQ BioPark does not offer refunds, and rain checks are not given due to weather. Be sure to check the weather and plan your trip accordingly.
