We offer two rate schedules based on the day of the week and the times for your event. The 9-5 Club offers discounted rates for events held during regular business hours. Rates also vary depending on the length of your rental.

Details
- Rental fees are subject to increase during holidays, one week prior to, during, and after the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, and other days not listed here. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Maximum time is inclusive of the time it takes to set up and break down the event, unless otherwise approved by Museum management.

Non-profit and governmental groups will receive a 25% discount on standard rental rates. (Note: The 25% discount for non-profit organizations does not apply to the 9 to 5 Club already discounted prices.)

A deposit of one-half of the rental fee is required with the signed application.

A refundable damage deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is required with the signed application, and will be held until after the event date.
