Description
Enjoy food, fun and family activities at the Cosmic Carnival! It's an interactive science festival with the Albuquerque Astronomical Society.
- 1:30 pm - Free planetarium shows every 30 minutes
Planetarium shows are FREE but space is limited so you must have a ticket to enter.
- 2:00 pm - Lecture: Introduction to Telescopes
- 3:00 pm - Lecture: Learning the Solar system
The Albuquerque Astronomical Society (TAAS) will be giving away a telescope for one lucky student to win.
The telescope drawing for the winner will occur at 4:45 p.m.
The lucky winner must be present to receive the telescope.
