Description
Explore the Jazz Age in conjunction with the exhibition, Deco Japan: Shaping Art and Culture, 1920-1945. Dress in your favorite fashion from the Jazz Age., and enjoy an evening of big band dance and music. Watch dancing demonstrations presented by Sweet Jubilee, or hop on the dance floor to learn some basic moves to the music of the Duke City Dance Band. Stop by the Museum's Gallery Store to meet local Japanese-American artist Ema Tanigaki, who will be discussing and selling her bronze sculptures and 24 karat gold jewelry.
