Albuquerque Museum presents 3rd Thursday, a free event featuring live music and performances, hands-on art activities for kids and adults, gallery exhibits open for viewing, food and adult drink specials at Slate at the Museum, and extended hours for evening shopping at the Museum Store.

6 - 8 p.m. "American Jewelry from New Mexico" artist Ema Tanigaki will demonstrate the Wire Crochet technique she uses to create her one-of-a-kind creations.

6 p.m. Lecture and Book Signing. Curator of History Deb Slaney will discuss the newly published "Albuquerque Museum History Collection: Only in Albuquerque," Book signing to follow in Museum Store.

6:30 - 8 30 p.m. Music by JeeZ LaWeeZ
