Centennial Summerfest will be Super

The City of Albuquerque is gearing up for the "granddaddy of all Summerfests," a gigantic New Mexico Centennial celebration on Saturday, June 16 that will overtake Central Avenue downtown from 2nd to 10th Streets. Centennial Summerfest pavilions will engage visitors in the cultural history of New Mexico's statehood through a day long celebration of arts, dance, music, cuisine, science, technology and the exciting atmosphere of old Route 66...all for free!
